How reviews work

Reviews describe an experience.

No account is required. Choose a star rating with or without written feedback. Pros and cons are optional. Ratings and reviews are moderated before publication. We may reject spam, impersonation, personal data, threats, irrelevant content, or unsupported allegations. A negative opinion alone is not a reason to remove a review.

Verification is specific.

Purchase verification is not required to submit a rating or review. New submissions start unverified. Purchase or service verification is added only after the platform checks appropriate evidence. It does not certify product quality. Please contact us to discuss verification; do not upload receipts to public pages.

Company participation has limits.

Approved company representatives can submit profile updates and responses for moderation, and flag concerns. They cannot change a customer’s rating or delete a review. Sponsored and affiliated companies follow the same moderation approach.

Disclose your connections.

Reviewers must disclose employment, ownership, affiliate relationships, incentives, or other relevant connections. Reviewing your own company is not permitted. Company accounts also cannot review businesses in categories they represent; other categories are allowed after company approval.
