Information you provide.

Our inquiry forms collect your name, email, company details, and message to handle your request. Requests are stored in a private WordPress administrator inbox. Please avoid including sensitive documents or payment information.

Accounts and public reviews.

Registration collects an email, public display name, and reviewer/company preference. A password setup link is sent by email. Member profile notes, ownership claims and proposed profile changes are stored privately for administration; company responses may be published after moderation. WordPress uses necessary cookies for sign-in. Submitted reviews may be published with your display name and relationship disclosure after moderation. Your account email is not included in the public review display.

Outbound links and basic security.

The site records daily aggregate clicks by listing, link type (affiliate or direct), and page placement. These reports do not store visitor identities, IP addresses, full referrer URLs, or tracking cookies. Counts include repeat visits and bots, exclude signed-in administrators, and do not confirm purchases. Company representatives can view reports for their own listing. For form rate limiting, a salted hash derived from the visitor IP address or signed-in user ID is held temporarily for up to 15 minutes. Guest ratings are labeled Guest reviewer and are not linked to an account. The web host may also retain standard access and security logs.

External providers.

External websites and affiliate destinations apply their own privacy policies and may use their own tracking. We do not control those services.

Questions and removal requests.

Use the contact form to ask about your stored information, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Retention and any additional analytics or account features will be documented as the platform expands.
