Purpose and information limits
The site provides a business directory, research information, and moderated experiences. It does not provide medical advice, instructions for human use, or certification of products or companies. Check current information with the original source. External businesses set their own product, service, purchase, and privacy terms.
Your account
Provide an email you control and an appropriate public display name. Keep account access private. Do not impersonate another person, organization, or company representative. Email access does not by itself verify a purchase or establish authority over a company profile.
Reviews and company responses
Submit only your own genuine experience. Disclose relevant employment, ownership, affiliate, or incentive relationships. Do not review a company you own or represent. Do not submit fabricated reviews, threats, harassment, private personal information, unlawful content, unsupported factual allegations, or medical-use advice.
Companies may propose profile updates, submit responses, and flag concerns. They cannot change customer ratings or remove reviews through their account. Negative opinion alone is not a reason for removal. Moderation applies to sponsored and owner-affiliated businesses as well as other listings.
Content you submit
You retain ownership of your original content. By submitting content for publication, you give Vetted Vial nonexclusive permission to host, display, and format it for the site and its ordinary operation. Submit material only when you have the rights or permission needed. Private inquiries and evidence are not automatically public submissions. Do not include private receipts or sensitive documents in reviews.
Moderation, corrections, and account restrictions
We may hold, decline, or remove material that violates these rules and restrict accounts used for abuse. We may request clarification or evidence. Use the contact form to request a correction, explain a moderation concern, or request account closure. Identify the relevant page or submission and give a concise explanation. Do not use flagging to suppress legitimate criticism.
Commercial relationships
Vetted Vial shares ownership with Soraci Labs. Labeled owner and sponsored placements can affect visibility, but do not determine customer ratings or verification. Affiliate relationships are disclosed where applicable. A service inquiry is not a purchase; service scope, pricing, and responsibilities require a separate written agreement.
Privacy and changes
Our privacy information explains account, inquiry, and aggregate click data. Material changes to these participation terms will be identified with an updated effective date. These terms do not take away rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
